We sadly got charged with a $2k water bill because of a leakage, unfortunately the water company couldn't do anything about it but the woman I spoke to on the phone, her name was Denise, she was the sweetest and most caring customer service attendant. Water Toho is so blessed to have her and although the bill couldn't get changed, she was such a breath of fresh air and assisted in any way she could even just being an encouragement.

Toho Water is clearly unresponsive to its customers who are trying to deal with Toho’s new payment portal. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. Its new portal doesn’t work, and Toho doesn’t seem to care.

Make your payment 10 days early, The CSR messes the payment up so it never goes through. Only give you ONE courtesy call and leave a voicemail Then they disconnect you lol waiting hours for them to turn it back on. But they were so quick to shut it off. Toho water. You suck
